Quite the ladder half
What a crazy last half to my week, let me tell you. First was Thursday night, where I was working on the Night Moves, watching Bob Seger play at the Spectrum in Philadelphia. I did take pictures and even got to record my all time favorite song, "Night Moves". However the camera hit the fritz, and to my dismay, all photographic and video evidence that I was there was lost. But believe me when I say, I was there, and it was a great show. He sounds great for being in his 60's, he sounds just like he sounds when i listen to his music on my Ipod or computer, its really amazing. The crowd seemed to eat his stuff up, and our seats were close enough where we could see all the action in detail. People were singing and dancing in the isles, and this being his frist time back in Philly since 1996, I think it was well worth the wait.

Secondly was Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation 1st annual Lemon Ball. What an amazing event this was. With Kerri Lynn as my date for the evening, we rubbed elbows with various big shot politicians, sporting figures, and company headmen. The Lemon Ball was a gala event to honor 76'ers GM Billy King. King does so much for the foundation, and has helped keep Alex's name and foundation going strong even after her passing in 2004. I put in alot of work designing stuff for this event, and I was very pleased to see all the hard work of myself and the staff here at ALSF payed off. A black tie event, the ball was really exciting, with a silent and live auction, in which $4,500 was paid for a plate of lemon cookies. You can imagine what type of spending took place at the ball for other more valuable items. A magical night, The Lemon Ball was a great event, and a chance for me to see what really high class people do to get lose.

The lemon ball was spectacular! Thanx for allowing me to be your date RME! It sure was a great and touching experience!
