Facebook....WTF
What happened to my beloved Facebook? A day after reading an article in Business Weekly that the creators of Facebook turned down a 750 million dollar deal because they are hoping to fetch somewhere in the 2 billion dollar range, this happens. Whatam I talking about you ask? Well if you like Facebook as I do and check it often, then you will know of the new layout that is making everyone sick about Facebook. The Mini Feed system allows anyone and everyone to know exactly what you are doing, who your wrote to, when you wrote to them, who you have become freinds with, and all other major specifics of Facebook, that before you could keep on the down low. It is a major invasion of a persons privacy, and allows anyone to know all activity that you are doing. I happen to enjoy Facebook. I check it once a day at least. I like to say whats up to friends, check out fun pictures, see whats going on with people, shit like that. Now there is a major backlash in the Facebook community. Major protest have begun, as people absolutely hate the new layout and express this with new groups and explinations of how to change things back to the old ways. Its even been suggested that a boycott of the site will take place if the changes are not changed back. I would show you all these articles, if Jeff would tell me how to post links on this from a fucking Mac. But thats besides the point. I hate the changes and think it is a invasion of privacy. Although most people could really find some of this out if they wanted, its just being advertised what everyone does, at all moments of the day, and I just dont like it. Anyone else feel the same? Anyone else enjoy Facebook as I do? I hope it changes back, cause I cant live without my Facebook.
